Taka is over at the restaurant starting the preparation of the rice and so on for the sushi orders that customers are picking up throughout the day. We decided to have a Sushi take-away day today because we had surplus rice, vinegar and nori seaweed - the staple ingredients of sushi, just leaving us to source the fish etc.
It will be nice for me to have the chance to chat to some of our most regular customers when they come to pick up their orders. In the restaurant it is usually a bit hectic for a decent chat.
MOMIJI has one week left, doesn't really seem possible!We have seen so many of our customers over the past few weeks and so appreciate their custom right up to the end! At the moment it's hard to see past the end of next week, we just need to concentrate on serving good food to our lovely customers for now!

Just a quick, but BIG thanks to you both for our fantastic Sunday dinner.

When we got home and put the two trays on the table we were very tempted to
get a couple of nails and hang them on the wall rather than disturb them.
However after a quick photo shot we tucked into our heavenly Feast.
